Your Right to Data Deletion
At Flinder, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you.
What Data We Hold
As part of our order fulfillment and WhatsApp notification process, we may hold the following data associated with you:
- Your phone number
- Your order information (order ID, status, shipment details)
- Logs of WhatsApp messages sent to you
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to us with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the following information so we can locate and remove your records:
- Your full name
- Your phone number used when placing your order
- Your order number (if available)

What Happens After You Request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data
- Process your request within 30 days
- Confirm via email once your data has been deleted
- Remove your phone number and associated order data from our messaging logs and automation systems
Limitations
Please note that we may be required to retain certain data for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes even after a deletion request. In such cases, we will inform you of what data must be retained and the reason for its retention.
